What to Wear
Nylon gym or basketball shorts. They will help you move more easily on the gym floor. Also, if you have biking or running tights, please wear them under your shorts. Any athletic top will work. Any kind of althetic shoes. Be comfortable. If you have volleyball knee pads, please bring them.
For amputees, wearing something to protect your limb(s) is recommended. Old liners, socks or EMS inner sockets work well. We’ll figure out what will work best for you.
