Due to Fibro sarcoma in the pelvic region, I lost my left leg from the pelvis on down.  I was informed that I would never walk again and would spend the majority of my time either using crutches or utilizing a wheelchair.  With the tireless support and passion of medical professionals, I am able to walk with a prosthesis.  My decision to join WYT is to be able to help other amputees with decisions they need to make, support them in their rehabilitation, and provide assistance in order to make their lives full.
