Bill was in a snowmobile accident on 2/28/09. He sustained extensive injuries to his lower legs as well as head lacerations and a fractured orbital bone under his eye. He was also treated for fractured ribs, partial deflated lung and a fracture in his back.
As a result of the damage to his legs, doctors had to amputate both legs, one above the knee and one below the knee. Bill has recently regained consciencesness and is making great progress. Bill went home on May 6th and is working hard in therapy.
Bill is now walking on prosthetics and working at his Bill's Ace hardware in Osceola, WI. He works hard and enjoys his life and thanks the Lord for every step he take.
